This program is 8 weeks long. Note: It doesn't matter how close you are to the PFT deadline, this will help you.
You will need access to a pull-up bar, resistance bands, and kettlebells or dumbbells.
This program is for any skill level and PFT score. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class PFT levels will benefit from this program.
This is a 8-week, six times a week program. Each workout should take between 30-60 minutes.
